This Privacy Policy explains how Signature Resizer – Photo & Signature Size Converter ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Overview
Signature Resizer is an offline, on-device image processing app. We built this app with privacy as a core principle: your photos, signatures, and documents are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
- The images, signatures, or photos you resize or edit
- Any personal, biometric, or identity information contained in your images
- Copies of your processed or original files
- Your device's photo gallery contents
All image compression, resizing, cropping, background removal, and format conversion happen locally on your device. At no point does the app send your image data over the internet.
3. Information We May Collect
Depending on the features you use, the App may collect limited technical information:
3.1 Permissions

3.2 Advertising & Analytics
If the App displays ads (via Google AdMob/Google Mobile Ads) or offers in-app purchases:
- Third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, and general usage data to serve relevant ads.
- This data collection is governed by the respective third party's own privacy policy:

- Google Play Billing (for Pro/IAP purchases): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- We do not control and are not responsible for how these third parties process this data.
3.3 Crash/Diagnostic Data (if applicable)
If we use crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics), anonymous crash logs and device diagnostic data (device model, OS version, app version) may be collected to help us fix bugs. This data does not include your images or personal files.
4. How We Use Information
Any limited data described above (ads, purchases, crash logs) is used only to:
- Display advertisements (free version)
- Process one-time purchases or subscriptions (Pro version)
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Improve app stability and performance
We do not use any data to identify you personally, and we never sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes beyond the ad networks disclosed above.
5. Data Storage
- All resized/processed images are saved locally on your device (in your chosen folder or default gallery location).
- The App does not maintain a cloud backend, database, or server for user files.
- "Recent Files/History" shown in the app is a local reference list stored only on your device and is cleared if you uninstall the app or clear app data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your images or personal information with any third party.
The only data shared with third parties is limited technical/advertising data (Section 3.2), shared strictly with:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Play Billing (purchases)
7. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal image data at all, this risk is inherently minimal.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Since the App does not collect or store your personal image data on any server, there is no server-side personal data to access, correct, or delete.
You can at any time:
- Revoke Camera/Storage permissions via your device Settings
- Delete locally saved resized images directly from your device
- Uninstall the app to remove all local app data, including history
For users in regions covered by GDPR, CCPA, or similar data protection laws: because we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, most data subject rights (access, portability, deletion) are automatically satisfied — your data never leaves your device.

The App may use the following third-party SDKs, each governed by their own privacy policy:

10. Data Security
Since all processing is local, your images are protected by your device's own operating system security (device lock, encryption, app sandboxing). We recommend keeping your device OS updated and using a secure lock screen.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or third-party services. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
